Iphone Software Update Beta 3

well the new Iphone software is now out! with some new features such as MMS, turn by turn GPS navigation, better searching, copy paste feature, P2P addition, and more add ons!

now head to Iphone Developer Page, and pay $99 to have the update :P
then download the IPhone SDK and DMG software. read the instructions to update from there :P because i don't have an Iphone to test :(

Running Flash on Mozilla Firefox Portable

well heres how you do it..to install flash player
extract out two files, then copy them to C:\Documents and Settings\[your username]\Application Data\Mozilla\Plugins. if theres no Plugins directory, create them!
close your firefox and reopen and WALA! it will work!

well heres another really nice game for 5800 :P touch screen, can be played on landscape or normal, and addictive too! Warfare Incorporated is something like Warcraft, so enjoy!

HOW TO INSTALL

1. install StyleTap on your phone (sign it.)
2. connect your phone in pc suite mode.
3. open styletap's appinstall prog.
drag all files from warfareinc folder to installation app.
4. disconnect your phone.
5. run the styletap app
6. run warfareinc
7. enter key

note: see installation guide on how to install :P remember the thingy *ahem* you will need to search google for it!

GDesk IPhone Theme Maker

This is a nice theme maker thingy for 5800. if you've always wanted IPhone but instead settled on for 5800 :P , then you should install this. make your phone look like IPhone! see below for installation instructions that i got from a site.

Install Gdesk and all included plugins.

Install the provided iPhone 5th Dsma theme and select it from your phone default themes.

Copy the GDD file to your memory card too.
Open GDesk, touch anywhere, choose DESIGN>> LOAD DESIGN and select the iDesk-5800.gdd from your memorycard.

To change wallpaper, Click anywhere, DESIGN>> SET DESKTOP>> SET IMAGE and choose the wallpaper.

Nokia Maps Beta 3! for Nokia 5800

here comes the new Nokia Maps Beta 3! which now supports touch screen phones! mmmmMMm... well this one has some enhancement and bugfixes. the major ones i would say would be the increase of the number of 3D buildings/landmarks. also, it has the usual google map browsing thingy (hybrid, map and satellite view of maps)

to install, install Nokia Maps Updater first. after installing that, update your phone with the Nokia Maps Beta. then just install the Nokia Map Loader to update the maps that you require (such as Malaysia maps, etc).
