Few easy ways to detect fake Kingston drive

the original kingston drive, should have a barcode with the below serial no, if it doesn't it means.... fake?

go here and type in the serial no to check. type in your email, and the serial no according to the picture, and select the country, and submit, and immediately, an email will be sent to your email address that you typed in. from there, it will tell you whether its genuine kingston or fake :P

OR

when you plug in the drive, you will notice the installation progress thingy on the bottom right of the taskbar right? watch it closely, and see if it says "Kingston drive, etc etc" installing. if it doesn't well, most probably its fake too :P thats if it doesn't come in a sealed pack of course.
