Fix:
If you're unable to install sis or sisx files at one point. just uninstall 1 or 2 applications, then try again. Im not sure why this happens, but it happened to my phone. one fine day, while i wanted to install something new, i noticed halfway during the installation, i doesn't ask me where to install it (Phone memory, Memory Card). It just stops and closes. then i tried again using PC Suite, SAME!....I thought hmm, what happened. then i checked everything and found out its not installed... ive been tinkering around, even formatting my phone (soft and hard reset) but it still happens. hmm. then...
then i took out my memory card. and it works again. it prompted me the Phone or Memory card installation. Then i put the memory card back, and *poof* it doesn't prompt me again. well now we know its something to do with the contents of the memory card.
So then... i moved everything out from the memory card, and slowly putting back every content.. and finally i found out, the files in /sys/bin has a problem. if i were to take out all the .exe files in /sys/bin, it works, it installs properly. then i slowly put back each .exe file, and found out, there are many .exe which are causing the problem. so then i thought... hmm... maybe if i were to uninstall one of them.. and *bang* my phone started installing again. then after installing a few applications, it happened again, i can't install anymore. then i started uninstalling one program, same problem. then i proceeded to uninstall the second program, and now it works! hm wonder why... anyway, try it out if you have similar problem with me ^_^
note: u can also uninstall the java programs to fix the problem.
