Simplified How to Hack your 5800 phone (this is the easiest.....)

first and foremost, backup your phone using instructions from here.

this would be the easiest and simplified guide ever to *ahem* your phone..

well this enables you to see all the private or system folders, and install unsigned applications without any limit! woohoooo!

download this. and connect your phone as PC Suite mode.

then extract the two files out somewhere. copy the .rmp file to your e:\Patches directory (make the new Patches directory if it doesnt exist). then firstly you sign the .sis file according to the OPDA way mentioned here. make sure its using OPDA way, or the highway :P

after signing, install it into your memory card. then run the HelloOX from Menu, Applications. It will start installing some other stuff, which you can just accept it by clicking on Yes. It will also create one folder (LeftUp). just let it install. after installing, you can uninstall HelloOX from your phone (go to Menu, Settings, Application Manager, Installed apps, and select HelloOX and go to Options, Uninstall). uninstalling this is optional.

from now on, you may disconnect your phone from your PC. then run RomPatcher from Menu, Applications, and select ChangeSWIpolicyPath. then click on Options, Patch, and Enable (the icon will show as Green). If its enabled (it will show as Disable, so just leave it), then just select Add to Auto. do the same to the other two icons below (installserver and open4all). thats it, and just Exit.

now you can access all the system and hidden folders and install any crap you want to...
